It has come to our attention that
another organization - The Naval Aviation Legacy
Foundation (NALF) – appears to be promoting the Naval
Aviation Centennial.
This is NOT true. The Naval
Aviation Legacy Foundation is NOT a part of the efforts
by the Commander Naval Air Forces and the related
centennial foundation being formed by VADM Mike Bowman,
USN (Ret) to sponsor commemoration events for our 100th.
We have asked the legal counsel
handling the centennial foundation to tell us the name
and EIN of their new entity. Unfortunately, that
information is not available at this time. When we
receive a response we shall provide it.
